Local Kitchen Co. is on a mission to make mealtimes easier for busy families. Founder Sarsha launched the business in 2019, preparing wholesome, ready-made dishes from her home kitchen before opening her first store on Duthy Street in Malvern in August 2021.

At its core, this is a business built on care, community and a genuine love of good food. Beyond the kitchen, their community-minded ethos shines through in well-considered sustainability initiatives. With support from Council, the store features a Fleurieu Milk tap, inviting customers to refill glass bottles and reduce single-use plastics - small actions that make a big difference.
